Are you searching for a therapist who truly gets it—someone who sees the pain behind the mask, understands the weight of being the family "black sheep" or cycle breaker, and knows the strength it takes to start healing? If that resonates, I’m here to walk this journey with you.
I specialize in supporting adult children of immigrant parents who feel caught between cultures, expectations, and their authentic selves. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, CPTSD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, or bipolar disorder, I create a safe space where your experiences are validated, not judged. Together, we’ll unravel the patterns that no longer serve you and nurture the parts of you ready to grow.
What sets me apart is more than just my trauma-focused expertise or the tools I bring from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relational psychotherapy. It’s my lived experience as a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and a child of an immigrant parent that allows me to truly feel the nuances of your story. I’ve been where you are—navigating cultural expectations, familial dynamics, and the inner storms that can make healing feel impossible. That’s why I approach therapy with genuine care, understanding, and a belief in your ability to break cycles and find freedom.
If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit, like your sensitivity or uniqueness has been misunderstood or dismissed, know this: you are not alone. And you are not broken. Together, we’ll work toward self-acceptance, healing, and building a life where you thrive—not in spite of your challenges, but because of your courage to face them.
Let’s connect, and let’s create a space where you can finally feel at home—with me and with yourself.
