This allows us to discuss your therapy goals as a couple and determine if we're a good fit for each other. If couples therapy isn't the best fit, I'm happy to provide referrals to other local resources. Our initial sessions focus on building trust and safety within our therapeutic space. Together, we'll explore the strengths and challenges of your relationship, identify areas for growth, and collaboratively set goals. Session Fees:

 Individual Psychotherapy
  50-minute session for one person: $120.00

 

Relationship Psychotherapy
  90-minute session for 2 or more people: $220.00

I currently have limited availability, and unfortunately I am unable to offer evening appointments at this time.
